Organisation Alignment Survey process

Insync Surveys’ research project manager will work with you to implement the Organisation Alignment Survey to meet your objectives. The survey can be conducted online or with paper forms. The key deliverables in the survey process are outlined below.

Pre survey phase

We begin with a planning and requirements session. The survey is then customised to suit your needs. It’s ready for launch when the online and/or paper form design is approved and your organisation has finalised survey communications.

Survey phase

Participants are invited to complete the survey. Your Insync Surveys research project manager will monitor the response rates to identify the need for follow up communications. A hotline is available for participants to call if they have any questions.

Post survey phase

After we close the survey, Insync Surveys will analyse the survey responses, benchmark your results and construct an “Organisation Alignment Profile” for your organisation. This report uses traffic light colours shows the results using tables, graphs and charts. It provides both a high level overview of the results in conjunction with a detailed breakdown of employee responses for each statement.

A research project manager will then conduct a full presentation of the results with your nominated management team.

Optional services

Other support services, at additional cost, include a results bulletin, management education sessions, focus groups and additional presentations.

The results bulletin is designed to share your findings staff and can be emailed or placed on noticeboards. It can be produced at an organisation-wide level or broken down by demographics such as work groups.

Management education sessions help people interpret and use the results in their department to improve employee performance.

Focus groups are a powerful way of releasing and focusing people's creativity and innovation to address issues identified.
