Balancing work and life commitments is an increasingly important issue, both for employees and the organisations which seek to support them.
Achieving a healthier work and life balance is a recurring goal for many of us. From an organisational perspective, work-life balance initiatives are often cited as effective tools for recruitment, retention, improving morale and productivity.
