Our culture
We've all contributed to Insync Surveys' great culture and it's very important to us.
Here are some of the activities we regularly get involved in:
- Quarterly all staff sessions with our CEO and a "person of the quarter" is awarded
- An annual strategy presentation to all staff presented by our CEO
- Annual "Golden Dessie" award for the year's most outstanding employee
- Annual national conference for all staff
- Weekly office fruit
- Monthly "master classes" to share client and product best practice
- Christmas and end of financial year all staff celebrations
- Office Christmas tree set-up event for employees' children
- Impromptu optional social catch-ups outside of work (i.e. movies, drinks, book club, karaoke)
- Casual Fridays (providing you don't have a client appointment) with a gold coin donation made to charity
- Flexible work arrangements for working parents
- Externally provided confidential health checks
- An Insync Surveys birthday party every March
- Monthly birthday cakes for all those born that month
- We share in our staff members' personal milestones with parties and gifts (i.e. engagements, weddings, babies born, graduations, long service, etc.)

As an Insync Surveys employee you'll be trained in project management regardless of your role.
