Our Early Childhood Education Parent Satisfaction tool underpins the kindergarten funding premise of good governance and sound operation and management principles. It has been designed using both the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework to ensure that feedback is actionable and can form part of a service's Quality Improvement Plan (QIP). There is also flexibility to add in further items to assess parent advocacy on topical issues such as Universal Access.
Results are presented in a format that directly aligns with your QIP. With our proven expertise in this area, our consultants are also able to provide advice and share best practice experiences in both formal and informal debriefs. Our services are also able to extend beyond the survey to focus groups, action planning and on site consultation.
"We found Insync's
Parent Satisfaction Survey to be an incredibly
informative and useful tool. It was encouraging to understand how
parents perceived the strengths of the early learning centre, as
well as how we could improve, and we have used the survey feedback
as a platform to review our quality improvement plan."
