An attrition trend chart has been added to the exit interview system dashboard. This chart shows:
Under the graph there are controls for you to select who you want exit interview data on, and a time slider to help you select when you want data from.
One cool thing is that each of the series in the chart can be “clicked off”, which makes lines disappear from the chart. In the example below we’ve clicked off “TAS”, “WA” and a few others so you can see what we mean.
You can also download the images in various formats for use in reports and presentations.

Another new section of our exit interview system allows you to define the number of employees you had at any time in history. You can do this overall or for any demographic group. This information is used for calculating the attrition percentage shown in the attrition chart.
