"We engaged Insync Surveys to undertake our annual performance review of the City of Marion Development Assessment Panel in July 2011. Insync Surveys had delivered their Audit Committee Effectiveness Survey for the City of Marion Audit Committee in 2010 and a similar survey was required for the panel.
