We looked at several tools in the marketplace to assess workplace engagement and decided on the Insync Alignment and Engagement tool because of its strengths in benchmarking results against relevant samples. The tool was incredibly easy to administer and we were given expert advice on question customisation as needed. The most enjoyable experience was the reports and debriefing that was provided. 

As a newly merged organisation, this was our first comprehensive survey and we weren't sure what to expect, so having the expertise and professionalism of our designated consultants, James Garriock and Ian Bycroft, helped us put the results into perspective and draw the necessary meaning and insight. Through the support of Insync, we delivered the results across the organisation and also established action plans in collaboration with key personnel. We are a government agency that has access to an annual free engagement study, however we have been so impressed with the Insync tool that we are likely to use it in addition!
