Community survey and consulting
Insync Surveys has extensive survey experience in the local government sector.
We understand that capturing the hearts and minds of community members is what empowers local government organisations to plan for the future and improve community satisfaction.
Undertaking survey sends a powerful message to community members that their local government is dedicated to listening and responding to their needs.
The Community Satisfaction Survey helps you stay connected with your community members.
Community Satisfaction Survey
The Community Satisfaction Survey identifies your community's priorities and performance.
We work with your organisation to identify suitable community participants to survey. Then, using our proven bi-variate survey methodology, which measures both importance to community members and performance by your organisation, Insync Surveys helps you better understand key areas of satisfaction and frustration. We can then help to identify targeted opportunities for improvement.
Transparency throughout the survey is important. We offer real-time web-based reporting so clients can log in regularly for an indication of the major findings. We always treat your community member contact list with the utmost level of confidentiality and integrity.
