- Measure what is important to employees and how local government Council is performing in these same areas
- Measure employee engagement levels across Council, departments and locations
Employee Opinion Survey
Our Employee Opinion Survey is based on seven best practice categories from the Australian Quality Council. It provides your local government council with a measure of employee attitudes across key cultural and performance factors.
The survey focuses on the following best practice categories:
- Leadership and innovation
- Strategy & planning processes
- Data, information & knowledge
- People
- Customer & market focus
- Processes, products & services, and
- Business results
Our bi-variate methodology measures both importance to the employee and performance by your organisation. This helps your organisation understand employee satisfaction and perceptions of performance, as well as identify opportunities for improvement.
For greater perspective, your performance data placed in an industry classification and benchmarked against Insync Surveys' database. This allows your management team to see where you stand compared to others. With a 20 year heritage, we've built one of Australia's largest benchmark databases, featuring hundreds of well known organisations.
Our core methodology is a powerful tool for assisting your organisation to understand how your employees are feeling about their work areas, the organisation as a whole, and areas to prioritise resource allocation. We aim to fully understand, your organisation's broader objectives and expectations in conducting this research and to design a valid and reliable survey instrument to meet your needs.
