Safety culture survey and consulting
Insync Surveys' Safety Culture Survey has been designed to assess an organisation's overall commitment to safety (their safety culture) and how the organisation approaches safety, educate staff, provide a psychologically safe workplace and has safety embedded within leadership practices (safety climate). It is focused on generating actionable data.
Our philosophy is to help you turn answers into actions to improve your organisation's effectiveness.
See your safety culture through your workforce's eyes
Insync Survey's Safety Culture Survey provides managers with a clear and easy to understand report which shows exactly what the safety culture is in each area of your organisation. We use this data to identify problems and tailor solutions in a measured and targeted fashion.
The Safety Culture Survey report will also provide evidence that your organisation has proactively sought to understand where any issues may exist and provide a framework for continuous improvement planning.
Predictive drivers of safety
The Insync Surveys' Safety Culture Survey framework is primarily measured by four predictive drivers which were identified as having the strongest impact on safety outcomes.
These are:
- approach to safety
- education and improvement
- psychological safety
- safety leadership
In order to gain a comprehensive view of what is occurring within your organisation Insync Surveys has included two additional predictive driver areas to help understand the general culture of your organisation and the level of engagement. Both of these areas can influence health and safety outcomes through culture safety predictors and employee engagement.
Health and safety outcomes
From our survey, outcomes of safety culture are measured by two key items:
- "Our organisation consistently shows its commitment to high levels of occupational health and safety" a benchmarked item compared to other organisations
- "I would recommend the ABC organisation as a safe place to work"- this is a derivative of the Net Promoter Score* (NPS) question which measure positive word of mouth and advocacy of your organisation as a safe place to work.
What you can expect
An experienced consultant will work with your organisation from start to finish, providing support and best practice knowledge to ensure your survey is a success.
