Insync's Voice of the Patient offering is the simple way to collect patient feedback for your practice accreditation. Practice accreditation is stressful and occupies the valuable time of busy practice staff. Let us lighten the load and help you improve the service you provide your patients.

What is Voice of the Patient?

Voice of the Patient is Insync's survey tool and method for Australian General Practices. Our survey tool and method are applicable to RACGP's 4th and 5th edition standards. Insync will provide you with all the tools you need, support you in the process, and provide you with a summary report of results and recommended actions (which you provide to AGPAL/GPA as part of practice accreditation).

What tools will I get to help with the process?

With a Voice of the Patient order you will receive:

  • The tools you need to facilitate the survey - PAPER and ONLINE methods, poster template, survey dropbox, check-list and patient information form, reply-paid envelope for completed surveys
  • Management of the data entry/analysis process
  • A dashboard summary report with identified areas for improvement and recommended actions
  • An online interactive report for self-analysis

How long should the process take?

We will process your order within 48 hours of receipt (see below for how to order). You'll then receive the tools to get started with the feedback process for both online and on paper.

You'll need to collect 30 completed surveys per full-time equivalent (FTE) GP at your practice. So if you have 4 FTE GPs, you'll need to return 120 completed surveys to us.

Once we receive the number of required completed surveys, we guarantee a two week turnaround to get the report back to you.
