Nicholas Barnett presents at CPA Congress 2012

Nicholas Barnett, Insync Surveys’ CEO, will present at CPA Congress 2012. This is the largest annual gathering in Australia of finance, accounting and business professionals.

The theme this year, “Your guide through uncharted territory”, captures how the world is changing as markets in Europe become unstable and Asian economies continue to grow.

Presenting on day three of the 13 day event, Nicholas Barnett’s session titled: “How to energise your employees and build sustainable high performance” is based on his new book, “GPS for your Organisation: how to energise your employees and build sustainable high performance®“. It is a practical session to help company boards, CEOs and leadership teams add clarity and gain ongoing buy-in to their organisation’s long-term direction, purpose and values.

Nicholas will help attendees understand how they can develop, communicate and embed their own Guidance and Positioning Statements (GPS) into their organisation’s plans, decisions, messaging, culture and DNA.

The event runs from 15 to 31 October 2012 in Melbourne.
