This is the third survey Insync has helped Wellington Shire Council with. This year we've progressed from the Employee Opinion Survey to the Employee Engagement Survey. Since inception of working with Insync, we have undertaken the suggested improvements and it is clear from our results this year how our work in this space is benefiting our organisation's culture.

The survey process was seamless, with efficient and helpful service throughout. Survey results are clear, with useful suggested improvements for us to focus on. The greatest benefit is being able to specifically quantify how the changes we make have impacted our staff, thankfully for the better!
